Non-stick Baking Paper is different from Greaseproof Paper, and knowing the difference can help you make your choice.

The non-stick baking paper is siliconized on both sides to prevent food from sticking and requires no butter or oil, making it perfect for cooking and baking. It is heat resistant up to 230°C/446°F. You can still use it above this temperature, but it tends to turn brown around the edges. When you're making pastries, roll out two sheets of parchment paper above and below the dough to prevent it from sticking to the work surface and rolling pin without using flour. It can also be used to make paper icing bags and wrap food to cook "en papillote". Some recipes also call it “parchment”.

Greaseproof paper doesn't have a silicone coating, but as the name suggests, oil resistant and can also be used to line trays and jars when baking - but you need to grease both sides of it or it will stick! It tends to be thinner, so it's more suitable for use in pie boxes as a liner, making it easier to shape into a pastry box. You can also use it to wrap burgers, sandwiches, fries, or as a dinner plate liner. It is generally heat resistant up to about 180°C/ 356℉ . We recommend using greaseproof paper for packaging, display and storage.
